General provisions
By using the website, you agree to these terms and the Privacy policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website or your account.
Account
- Accounts are available from the age of 16; younger users need a parent or guardian to be present and give consent.
- The details you give at registration must be accurate: the administrator uses them to confirm your booking.
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe. If you notice someone else has signed in, change your password right away and tell the club.
- The club may suspend access to an account that is used for fraud or to disrupt the website.
Booking workouts
- Group sizes are limited. Your place is secured once the administrator confirms it.
- You can cancel a booking in your account or by phone at least 3 hours before the class starts.
- If you don't come and don't cancel, the class may be deducted from your membership.
Memberships and payment
- A membership is valid from its activation date for the period stated in the plan.
- Card payments are processed by LiqPay (PrivatBank) or monobank. The website never sees your card details.
- Monthly and package memberships can be frozen for up to 14 days; a freeze extends the validity period.
- A membership is personal and cannot be transferred to another person.
Refunds
If a service was not provided through the club's fault, the money is returned to the same card within the period set by the issuing bank. To request a refund, call 067 558 33 09 or write in the support chat with the payment date and amount.
Health and safety
- Training is physical exercise. You may train only if you have no medical contraindications.
- Tell the trainer about injuries, chronic conditions and pregnancy before the class starts.
- Follow the trainer's instructions and the equipment rules: this keeps you and other visitors safe.
Club rules
The visiting rules apply at both clubs and are mandatory for all visitors. Full text: Club rules.
Changes to the terms
The club may update these terms: the current version is always published on this page with the update date. We announce significant changes in your account or by phone.
